TMT Quenching Box

The TMT Quenching Box is a critical component in the Thermo-Mechanical Treatment (TMT) process, designed to impart high strength and toughness to rebars. Positioned immediately after the finishing stand, the quenching box rapidly cools the hot-rolled bars using a controlled water flow system, forming a hardened outer surface while maintaining a ductile core. Our quenching boxes are engineered for uniform cooling, efficient water management, and long-lasting performance.

Tail Braker

A Tail Braker is an essential component installed near the delivery end of the rolling mill to decelerate and guide the hot rolled bars after the final stand. It ensures smooth handling of TMT bars by reducing their speed before entering the cooling bed or shear area. Designed for high-speed rolling operations, the Tail Braker improves operational safety, minimizes product deformation, and enhances the efficiency of downstream processes.

TWIN CHANNEL

The Twin Channel system plays a critical role in modern TMT bar handling, positioned at the discharge end of the cooling bed. It efficiently receives hot rolled bars from the rolling mill and guides them with precision onto the cooling bed. Engineered for high-speed operations, the twin channel ensures smooth and controlled bar transfer, minimizes the risk of entanglement, and significantly enhances the overall efficiency of continuous rolling processes.

Cooling Bed

The Cooling Bed is a crucial part of the rolling mill used for the uniform and controlled cooling of hot rolled bars. It also serves to transport and align the bars for further processing, such as cutting or bundling. Designed to handle high production volumes, our cooling beds ensure straightness, surface quality, and optimal metallurgical properties of the final product. Engineered for durability and efficiency, they play a vital role in maintaining consistent production quality in TMT bar manufacturing.
