Coilers

Coilers are installed at the end of high-speed rolling mills to wind hot TMT bars or wire rods into compact, tangle-free coils. Designed for 8–16 mm sizes, they ensure smooth, uniform coiling using a rotating pipe or laying head. Built for high speeds (up to 25 m/s), they feature a sturdy, heat-resistant design and automated coil ejection for efficient handling.
